  I don't write many reviews, but after reading a couple of negative reviews I have to speak up. I've been going to the library about once a week for a while now. The staff know me and always greet me with a smile and a hello. One time I was waiting and waiting for something I placed a reservation for. I asked the staff and they discovered that there was only one copy and it was lost. The front desk librarians referred me to the manager and she checked everything out and then ordered a copy of the book from Amazon as I was sitting in her office. The next week, I had the book I had been waiting for. I see the staff dealing patiently with people all the time, including me. I didn't know how to get a photo I wanted to print out of my e-mail. The librarian showed me how to download the photo and then insert into a word document. I was able to get the photo to the size I needed it. The library always seems to be really busy and yet, I always feel that the librarians have time for me.
