  Very friendly and prompt service. Mgr was very kind and knowledgeable. I was there for a nail on tire. He gave me a lot of good information. Nice coffee shop called Reborn was right next store. good coffee too : ). I recommend this place.

  The worst experience in my life. Paid for oil change witch included tire rotation, and the job was not done properly. This is the second time they did not rotate my tires. This time I removed the tire vent cap from my right rear tire (simple trick to check on are they going to try to fool me again) and when I came back to pick up my car the same tire was on the same position with no tire vent cap. I complain to the store manager, the technician came stating that he did it. When I asked him to explain how come the right rear tire was not moved (tire vent cap is still missing), he almost said that I am lying, and at the same time the store manager told me that he believe him. I said to store manager that I will not bring my 3 cars anymore to this store, and technician said; "If you don't want, don't bring it anymore". He stated that in front of the store manager, who did not say anything to protect the customer (myself). After all, can I trust them that they changed my oil, or did they put the one I paid for??? At the very and I asked the store manager for Regional Management phone number, and he told me to Google it. Unprofessional, unbelievable rude, customer service from store manager and technician who "did" the job. I would like to talk to regional management, but can not find contact phone number.
